400 MORNING

11.08-03.09.2022

In 2021, after an unsuccessful morning of ice fishing, I decided to find another, safer way,
how to spend time with myself and my thoughts, despite the fact that I overslept, I'm late for work, or is there any other reason that would make the morning start in a hurry and

without any deeper meaning.
I decided to start every morning by carving a spoon. This forces me to devote time once a day to a kind of meditation and, in parallel, to create a real object, regardless of the place, mood, available materials and tools. I get the material for the spoon at the place where I carve the spoon.
It is interesting that right now, looking at any of these spoons, I can restore to my memory the place, the morning,
and my mood when I carve the particular spoon.
