Laundry day

29.07-10.09.2023

Roja Open-Air stage

The first group of works in the exhibition features a two-part sculpture I'm Already Coming, created during the pandemic’s self-isolation period. With a slight temporal distance, it continues to reflect the daily struggle with oneself and the search for self-motivation. This theme is extended by a second group of works, which depict the artist’s preparation for a marathon. Here, elements of sportswear are transformed into sculptural objects. At a critical moment, the artist replaces one dependency (smoking) with another (six months of training). The exhibition invites viewers to embrace positive change.
